Focus Frame provides photography services for product-related projects, including studio and on-location work in Singapore, subject to availability and pre-session planning. The scope of each assignment is confirmed through the enquiry, reference review, shot list, and quote process.
Fees are quoted on a project basis and may depend on the number of SKUs, setups, and intended use. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated for the project.
Any booking is subject to product review, planning, and confirmation of the session details. The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference material, and any items needed for the agreed shoot, and for arranging return of products where required.

All photographs, edits, proofs, and related materials remain the property of Focus Frame unless a separate written licence states otherwise. No rights are transferred except to the extent expressly agreed for the relevant project, and no RAW or unedited files are included by default.

Photographic results depend on the products supplied, the approved brief, lighting conditions, and the agreed production process. Focus Frame does not guarantee exact reproduction of reference images, colours, textures, reflections, or backgrounds, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
